Where can I buy your products?
The Lotus Professional products are available in cash and carrys and from various distributors that deliver our products. 



Can I not therefore order from you directly?
We can take note of your order for you. The delivery would then always be sent out via the wholesaler that you prefer. We can obviously advise you as to who this would best be. For future orders you would be better off ordering directly from your wholesaler.



Could you send me a price list?
The Lotus Professional products are only delivered via the wholesaler. Consequently the price that you pay for the Lotus Professsional products will be determined by your wholesaler. Given that the wholesalers employ different prices and sevice charges, it is not possible to provide a price list. For your cost prices we would ask you to contact your wholesaler


Could you send me some brochures?
You can download brochures on the site (PDF files) or request them via the contact form.



Is it possible for you to send a sales representative?
We will willingly come and give you advice. You can request a visit from one of our sales representatives via the contact  form.


Could you send me the Material safety data information sheet for this product?
Below you will find the information sheets for the relevant products..


In order to be able to view these PDF files you need to have access to the Acrobat Reader programme, this can be downloaded free from the Adobe website


Could you give me more information on custom printing on napkins and/or coasters?
There are many possibilities for printing on your paper tableware. Given the complexity of this process (different qualities, colour combinations, etc.) we prefer for our reps to advise you during a personal meeting. You can request a visit from one of our reps via the contact form.

How much does it cost to have my napkins printed?
This depends mainly on what you want, for example how many colours there are in the printing and which quality of napkin you would like. Therefore the best solution is a visit from one of our reps. He/she will tell you exactly what the possiblities are. Click here to make an appointment


Can I get free dispensers from you?
Some dispensers can be given out free on loan. For these dispensers a (minimal) handling cost would be charged - a contribution to the post and packing costs.
